Last Stop Lofts is a visionary project for high-quality housing on the historic site of Dresden’s Old Leipzig Train Station.
A place where historical heritage, a vibrant community, and contemporary living come together.
Remember. Rebuild. Revitalize.
For nearly two centuries, the Old Leipzig Train Station has been a central witness to Dresden’s city history.
Last Stop Lofts offers the opportunity to shape the next chapter with equal historical significance. The historic railway station complex is being transformed into an extraordinary residential neighborhood—where listed historic structures meet sophisticated contemporary architecture, first-class amenities, and well-thought-out floor plans.
History you can feel.
Luxury you live.
THE HISTORIC SITE
During the Nazi dictatorship, the Old Leipzig Train Station served as the central departure point for the deportations of Dresden’s Jewish population. For many people, this was their last stop in their hometown before they were deported to ghettos, concentration camps, and extermination camps. Their homes, livelihoods, and lives were forcibly taken from them.
Last Stop Lofts takes its name in reference to this history.
We believe that the best way to honor the memory of those who were never able to build a future here is to fill this place with life, beauty, and new homes.
To transform a place that once marked the final stop in so many people’s lives into a place where new life can begin.
May their memory always be a blessing.

Help make "Last Stop Lofts" a reality
A historic site in Dresden. A new chapter.
Last Stop Lofts is a concept that aims to transform one of Dresden’s most significant historic sites into an extraordinary collection of loft apartments—with the goal of preserving the building’s character and history while breathing new life into it.
For this vision to become a reality, the city of Dresden must make the property available for this project.
We are therefore collecting public expressions of support to demonstrate that there is genuine interest in preserving this extraordinary place, reimagining it, and making it accessible to a new generation of residents.
